Can AItoyplays develop a custom plush toy from sketches or reference images?

Yes. Our team evaluates sketches, character artwork, reference products, target dimensions, functions and packaging ideas, then prepares a manufacturable development plan before sampling.

Do you support both OEM and ODM projects?

Yes. We support OEM production of your own designs and ODM development based on our existing plush structures and electronic modules, for brands, importers, distributors, licensing teams and retail programs.

Which interactive functions can be integrated into a plush toy?

Common options include fixed sound playback, recordable voice, AI voice dialogue, storytelling, music, touch and squeeze sensors, LED light effects, breathing effects and motorized movement such as head, tail or ear motion.

How are safety testing and certification requirements handled?

Requirements depend on the target market, age grade, materials and electronics. During development we review applicable standards such as EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, IEC 62115 for electric toys and radio compliance for connected products, and plan testing with accredited third-party laboratories as agreed with the buyer.

How long do sampling and mass production take?

Timing depends on product complexity, materials, electronics, revision rounds, order quantity and packaging. A project-specific schedule is confirmed after the brief has been reviewed.

What should I include in my first project brief?

Include reference images, target size, required functions, target market, estimated quantity, target price range, packaging needs and any branding or licensing guidelines. A complete brief shortens the quotation and sampling stage.
